Aura CV Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura CV mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions ("Service Provider"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

The Application allows users to submit resumes (CVs) in text format for real-time analysis, career improvement suggestions, job recommendations, and expert advice using an AI-powered text analysis feature.

• You must be at least 9 years old to use the Application.
• You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes.

3. Optional Personal Information

The Application does not automatically collect personal information.

Users may voluntarily provide personal information (such as email) only when contacting support. This information is used solely to respond to support requests.

4. Resume Data

Users may submit their CV or resume for analysis. Resume data is processed in real-time and deleted immediately after the analysis is generated.

No resume or text data is stored permanently, shared, or used for any other purpose, including AI model training.

5. Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect data during transmission and processing. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 9 years.

7. Termination

• Users can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
• Aura CV may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Aura CV is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Application.
• The Application's AI-based analysis and suggestions do not guarantee employment or job placement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

Aura CV may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
