Aura CV Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Aura CV mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions ("Service Provider"). The Application allows users to submit their resumes (CVs) for real-time analysis and improvement suggestions using an AI-powered text analysis feature. The Application is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By using the Application, users agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If users do not agree, they should not use the Application.

Information Collected

Personal Information:

The Application does not collect personal information from users. No email, name, or other personal data is requested or required.

Resume Data:

Users may submit their CVs or resumes in text format for analysis. The Application processes this data temporarily and deletes it immediately after generating the analysis. No resume or text data is stored or saved in any database.

How Data is Used

The Application analyzes the submitted resume in real-time to provide:

• Suggestions to improve the CV
• A personalized roadmap for career and CV optimization
• Job matches and recommendations
• Expert advice to increase employment opportunities

All resume data is processed only during the session and is automatically deleted immediately afterward. The Application does not retain, store, or use the data for any other purpose, including training AI models.

APIs Used

AI Text Analysis API: Temporarily processes resume text to provide personalized analysis and career recommendations. All text is deleted immediately after the analysis is generated. No data is stored or reused.

Data Sharing

Aura CV does not share any user resume or text input with any third party under any circumstances. The submitted data is processed solely for generating the analysis and is deleted automatically afterward. No personal information or CV content is stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.

Data Retention

Aura CV does not retain or store any resume or text data. All data submitted for analysis is deleted immediately after processing, and no historical records are kept.

Children's Privacy

• The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old.
• Aura CV does not knowingly collect data from children.
• If a user believes that a child has submitted a CV, they may contact genioweb.es@gmail.com for immediate deletion.

Security

Aura CV uses reasonable technical measures to protect data during transmission and processing. However, no system can guarantee complete security.

User Choices

Users may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it, which terminates all data processing.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Aura CV may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
